A digital coaching card suite for individuals, coaches and supervisors
Hello – I’m Charlotte Green, an accredited Career and Leadership Coach, Coaching Supervisor and neurodiversity specialist based in the UK.
The Let's get Specific card suite grew from wanting a tool that was useful, interactive and neuro-affirming. Brilliantly used as a solo exercise, one to one or even in a group work.
Enjoy unique and downloadable infographics to capture your great work.
Images that open reflective conversations. Lean in and explore any card which draws attention, let the image or related coaching questions do the work.
Explore four distinct strength categories - Drive, Spark, Flow, and Precision to help identify name and communicate individual strengths.
Deep values work across four themes: Grow, Connect, Create, and Anchor. Take time to identify values ‘Always’ and ‘Sometimes’ held. Values drive important decisions, act as our guiding principles and can impact how we think, feel and behave.
Neurodivergent-informed exploration of how we are wired to Focus, Think, Feel, and Thrive. Understand oneself, prioritise what is important and learn how to communicate who you are.
A neurodivergent-informed reimagining of the classic GROW model — Goals, Reality, Obstacles, and Will — designed to work with how your client actually thinks.
Take a look and choose a card that draws attention, it can be linked to a specific goal or for pure curiosity. Or enjoy the Draw a Card option to go straight to it. Use the coaching questions as prompts for a deeper dive.
Use the filter button to work through each theme - Drive, Spark, Flow, and Precision; you can turn each theme on or off if required.
If a particular strength resonates you can explore it further with the coaching questions on the reverse of the card. Work through the deck to identify your key strengths.
Click + Key Strengths on any card to add it to your selection tray; then use Create Infographic to print or save your selection. Be led by curiosity – use your stories and memories to bring your strengths to life.
Deep values work takes time - it is okay to explore this in more than one session. Use the filter button to work through each theme – Grow, Connect, Create, Anchor; you can turn each theme on or off if required.
If a particular value resonates you can explore it further with the coaching questions on the reverse of the card. Work through the deck to identify your priority values.
Click + My Values on any card to add it to your ‘Always’ or ‘Sometimes’ valued selection tray; then use Create Infographic to print or save your selection. Be led by curiosity – Notice what happens as you explore: hesitation, surprise, and emotional responses are all useful insights.
You can select up to 7 x ‘Always’ which are your priority values and drive your guiding principles and up to 10 x ‘Sometimes’ which you may draw on or lean into over time.
Scaling questions – Compare and contrast how your priority values are being met at work, at home or in society. Applying a scale of 1 – low and 10 – high will reveal where in your life there is alignment or misalignment now.
It is useful to complete a values exercise once or twice a year.
This collection helps to explore how you are wired. Use the filter button to work through each theme – Focus, Think, Feel, Thrive before moving to Communicate which is the final stage; you can turn each theme on or off if required.
Neuro-affirming coaching questions on the reverse of the card will help positive framing and exploration. These cards are not a diagnostic tool, they are an invitation to learn about oneself and to ultimately communicate what is important to you, to others.
The final stage is Communicate. After exploring the first four areas, these cards help you find your own words for what you've discovered and share them with the people who need to hear it. Too often, conversations about how we work focus on difficulty and deficit. These cards offer a different starting point.
As a final reflection and to create your infographic, drag and drop these cards into your personal order of priority; placing the conversation that feels most important to you right now at number 1.

A neurodivergent-informed reimagining of the classic GROW model. Work through a variety of titled cards across Goals, Reality, Obstacles, and Will/Way Forward – be playful and choose the order of things which works for you.
Use the filter button to turn each theme on or off if required.
If a particular card title resonates you can explore it further with the coaching questions on the reverse of the card. Work through the deck in part or in full to gain clarity on the things you would like to achieve and form a plan.
